Agilent Earns Great Place to Work Certification in 20 Countries and Regions

Agilent Technologies Inc. announced today that the business has earned Great Place to Work CertificationTM in 20 countries and regions. This achievement demonstrates Agilent’s status as a top employer, according to an unbiased poll of the company’s global workforce.

Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and the United States are among the 20 approved nations and regions.

The Great Place to Work Institute’s poll, known as the Trust IndexTM, measures employee satisfaction in a number of critical areas, from trustworthiness and respect to fairness and camaraderie.

Only three percentage points separate Agilent from the score of the top 25 firms with the best workplaces in the world: 88% of employee respondents thought it was a fantastic place to work.

In fact, 85% of employee respondents indicated they wanted to work at Agilent for a very long time, and 86% of respondents said they would strongly recommend working at Agilent to family and friends.
