The acquisition of Texas-based Caring Hearts Hospice, a locally owned and operated hospice organisation, was announced today by Enhabit, Inc., a leading home health and hospice provider. Enhabit will be able to increase its presence across the country as a result of this acquisition, which will add four hospice facilities to its current presence in Texas as of October 1, 2022.

As a result of the deal, Enhabit will now be present in the Texas cities of Gun Barrel City, Mineola, Palestine, and Quinlan. Enhabit ranks as the nation’s fourth-largest supplier of home health services that are Medicare-certified and as the nation’s No. 12 provider of hospice services that are.
