Jackson Healthcare, a group of highly specialized healthcare technology, research and personnel companies, and LRS Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare professionals, today announced that the acquisition Jackson Healthcare’s LRS Healthcare has ended, after the companies shared news of a definitive agreement to incorporate last month.As part of Jackson Healthcare, LRS Healthcare joins one of the nation’s largest healthcare staffing organizations.
