Renvio Partners With Klinrisk to Advance Value-Based Kidney Care Through AI

Renvio, a leading electronic medical record (EMR) platform designed for independent dialysis providers, has announced a strategic collaboration with Klinrisk, a recognized innovator in predictive AI for chronic disease management. The partnership aims to bring the next wave of AI-powered solutions for kidney care, beginning with tools focused on Hospitalization Risk and Dialysis Adequacy Risk, both of which will be seamlessly integrated into Renvio’s Dialysis Manager EMR at the point of care.

As the kidney care landscape increasingly shifts toward value-based models, this alliance signals a major step forward in delivering intelligence directly into the care process. Unlike traditional vendors or external bolt-on solutions, Renvio’s Predictive AI capabilities are built into the clinician’s existing workflow. This integration ensures that predictive insights are not only accessible but also actionable, enabling providers to respond quickly and effectively within the same system they already use.

“By combining Klinrisk’s advanced AI with Renvio’s deep domain context, we are taking prediction beyond theory,” said Chris Sigala, CEO of Renvio. “This is about enabling clinicians to act at the right moment, within the natural flow of care. It’s the next generation of intelligent kidney care.”

Through embedded risk stratification and guided clinical workflows, the Predictive AI platform will support timely interventions, improve medication management, and enhance coordination of care for patients living with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). A critical aspect of the design ensures that nephrologists remain central to all decisions, keeping them fully informed while allowing AI-driven insights to strengthen their practice. Initial pilots will focus on reducing preventable hospitalizations, one of the leading drivers of cost and poor health outcomes among kidney patients.

This development positions Renvio as the first EMR in the kidney care sector to integrate a fully embedded AI engine that operates in lockstep with clinical workflows. It reinforces the company’s broader ambition to build the most intelligent operating system for kidney care.

“We are excited to partner with Renvio to put predictive intelligence directly into the hands of providers,” said Dr. Navdeep Tangri, CEO of Klinrisk. “Together, we’re ensuring that AI is not just powerful but truly actionable at the point of care.”
