Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and Siemens Healthineers are expanding their long-standing partnership to focus on preventive medicine. Through a new cooperation agreement, the two institutions aim to develop innovative strategies to prevent diseases and promote health by combining their respective strengths in research, clinical practice, and medical technology.

The collaboration will emphasize early identification of health risks and the implementation of patient-centered preventive care models. This initiative supports Charité’s Strategy 2030, “Rethinking Health,” which focuses on sustainable, proactive healthcare.Professor Heyo K. Kroemer of Charité emphasized the importance of early intervention, while Siemens Healthineers CEO Bernd Montag highlighted their shared goal of improving access to preventive care and raising public awareness about its significance across Germany.
