Available through the Aetna Health app, the platform uses AI-driven technology and a US patent-pending system to deliver personalized care recommendations, benefit information, and wellness programs tailored to individual health conditions. Members can also access care teams and order care kits for additional support. Aetna Care Paths represents a shift from traditional transactional healthcare models to a more holistic, journey-based approach, aiming to make the healthcare experience more seamless, informative, and supportive throughout a member’s care journey.
