Through this partnership, businesses that use ShiftMed and UKG Dimensions may easily access ShiftMed’s 350,000+ contingent workers within UKG and manage all personnel scheduling from a one platform. When a healthcare professional from ShiftMed claims an open shift at a facility, UKG automatically adds that credentialed person as an employee and assigns them to the schedule. The administrator in UKG Dimensions is not necessary to manually input staff data or alter a schedule.
