As part of its first risk contract with Humana and United for a Medicare population on Oahu, Hawaii Health Network has partnered up with COPE Health Solutions to offer population health analytics through its Analytics for Risk Contracting (ARC) platform.
Claims from the payers will be integrated with electronic health records, lab results, socioeconomic determinants, and other data on the ARC software as a service (SaaS) platform. With the help of this data and national cost and utilisation benchmarks, HHN will be able to better identify possibilities to improve quality of care, save prices, create new products, and expand its network. Additionally, ARC offers role-based reports and dashboards with expert insights that pinpoint particular chances for taking immediate action in order to make the required advancements at the management and practise levels.
A group of CHS specialists will collaborate with HHN and the ARC platform to identify and rank practical financial and quality improvement opportunities.
