By allowing patients to pay online when they visit healthcare providers that use the NextGen® Practice Management solution, this solution increases payment alternatives and convenience for patients. The software also enables healthcare practitioners to centrally manage and view payments, automate collections, and manage payments. The payment system uses best-in-class data encryption measures, making it safe in addition to being convenient.

InstaMed is a market leader in obtaining payments for medical services all throughout the patient experience. InstaMed just released a trends study that emphasises the value of patient convenience when making payments. According to the survey, 83% of people wish to keep using self-service and virtual choices for care after the epidemic. Another 74% favour making medical bill payments online. Furthermore, 74% of millennials said they would change service providers for a better healthcare payment experience.

The NextGen Pay powered by InstaMed service, which enables users to conveniently save their credit card information within the web portal for rapid payments on the go, is already helping a number of NextGen Healthcare clients. With the expanded relationship, patients will also have the choice to pay for in-person medical appointments using Google PayTM or Apple Pay® mobile payment options.
